NOTICE
1. That by order dated February 20, the Superintendence of Companies decided to "Start the Emergency Negotiation process of a reorganization Agreement, requested by the company Comarbel SAS, with NIT 860.507.423 and address in the city of Bogotá ”.
2. That this procedure is aimed at expeditious negotiation of a reorganization agreement, in accordance with the provisions of article 8 of the aforementioned Decree 560 of April 15, 2020.
3. That the company continues with its normal operation and the communication channels continue to be the same as those that have been used with all stakeholders (workers, customers, suppliers, etc.)
